This is one of the nicest condos I have seen for a number of years. Just walking inside one immediately gets a feeling of class and style. The rooms are large, light and airy and all have views. From the lounge, dining area and balcony one looks south west, due west and north west over Koh Larn and her baby sisters, stunning at sunset. Inside we have three en-suite double bedrooms with bedroom three having fully opening doors onto the lounge creating a lot of extra living area. The kitchen has all one needs, and the furniture throughout is first class and in an as new condition. The whole unit is air conditioned however being on a high floor the sea breezes are sufficient for most of the year. Unusually for a condo we also have a maids room and a good sized store room. The building is very well managed and maintained and there is high security and a swimming pool facing the sea
