CAR HIRE to sightsee around the Pattaya area or further afield in Thailand, we can hire you a car or pick-up, anything from a nippy Toyota Vios to a luxurious Honda City. Rentals from a day to as long as you wish. Bring your Passport and a valid Driving licence, preferably an International Driving Licence and we will take a photocopy. We DO NOT hold you Passport as many people do.

HOME IMPROVEMENTS We can supply numerous services to the home owner, including roof insulation ( to keep you cool !), kitchen and furniture manufacturers, curtain makers, painter and decorators, marble granite and parquet repairers and polishers, air conditioner engineers, landscape gardeners and pool builders.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Our organisation is able to offer a full management service with no hassle for the owner. We source the tenent, we check them into the property, we make the inventory, we surpervise all the repair work, we collect and bank the rent, we check them out at the end of the lease and we organize cleaning and maintenance services.
