****Due to unforseen circumstances, we have been unable to undate our auction page with properties and land featured in this months showcase.  However, catalogues are available from our offices****
 
We are proud to have initiated a series of  property auctions/showcase, commencing  September 2008.  
 The events have proved to be successfull in as much, whilst the hammer did not drop on the evenings, we sold homes and land plots post auction to people attending the event.
  
The properties featured in the showcase are from our website listings and all have low reserve prices, in some cases 30% and more. Each property has been scrutinized and we can confirm they are all free of debt or lien and have no hidden problems such as ownership issues or rights of access
 
Buying and selling at the showcase is simple and a good way of exposing a property to the market place and encourages purchasers to make a bid as they are comfortable in the knowledge that the property they are buying is a genuine deal.
